PF Chang’s Menu Prices
Considering that P.F. Chang’s is a casual chain of restaurants, their prices tend to be higher than at fast-food restaurants. For example, you can easily notice that the Cookout menu prices or the prices at Domino’s Pizza are significantly lower than at P.F. Chang’s. On the other hand, these PF Chang’s menu prices tend to be not as high in comparison to other casual restaurants in the U.S.
So, let’s compare these PF Chang’s prices with other casual restaurants. For instance, let’s have a look at the Cracker Barrel prices and Bob Evans prices. You can see that salads cost around $9 at Cracker Barrel and from $7 to $9 at Bob Evans. At P.F. Chang’s, the cheapest salad costs $9, while the rest cost up to $13 – this is noticeably more expensive than at those restaurants.
A bowl of soup costs $5 at Cracker Barrel and $4-$5 at Bob Evans. On the other hand, a bowl of soup at P.F. Chang’s would cost from $6 to $8. Chicken and meaty meals would come at a noticeably higher price at P.F. Chang’s as well.
All in all, you can see that the PF Chang’s menu prices are quite higher than those at Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel. However, such level of PF Chang’s prices might be connected with the fact that this is an exotic cuisine and requires different ingredients and type of cooking. So, even though this level of PF Chang’s menu prices may be justified, you still need to be aware of the price factor.

Company’s History
PF Changs, which is also known as P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, is an Asian-themed chain of American Asian restaurants. In 1993, Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang started the first restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona. In the same year, the P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. entity was formed after acquiring the original four bistro restaurants.
So, the company gradually expanded and introduced its “P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Home Menu” in American supermarkets by 2010 – frozen foods and items became sold there by Univeler. By that time, P.F. Chang’s had already entered the international markets. But they opened their first P.F. Chang’s restaurant in China only in 2018.

At the present time, the company remains headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Apart from operating this chain of restaurants, P.F. Chang’s also owns and operates Pei Wei, another chain of Asian-themed restaurants. Currently, the company itself is owned by TriArtisan Capital Advisors, Paulson & Co.
