Dairy Queen Menu Prices
Given the fact that Dairy Queen is a chain of fast-food restaurants, it is expected that the Dairy Queen menu prices are actually much lower than the P.F. Chang’ss prices (casual restaurant) or the prices at Boston Market (fast casual restaurant). Nonetheless, it is worth to compare these Dairy Queen prices to the prices of other fast-food restaurants. Here, we will compare them against the Chick-fil-A prices and Hardee’s prices.
On average, burgers at Dairy Queen cost from $3 to $6.5. At Chick-fil-A, you can get one of its famous chicken sandwiches for a price from $3 to $6. Hardee’s burgers are priced in the range from $3 to $7.5. To sum it all up, Dairy Queen menu prices are at the same level as the prices of these two fast-food restaurants (especially given that the fact that the treats and ice cream are priced equally, as well).
Besides, there are quite a few ways how you can take advantage of the Dairy Queen menu prices. First of all, indeed, you can order a $5 Buck Lunch and save quite a big share of your money. Secondly, you can make use of the Dairy Queen prices by ordering combo meals – they come cheaper this way than if you ordered the meals separately.

Company’s History
John Fremont McCullough and his son Alex invented the formula of a soft serve back in the 1938. Back then, they convinced Sherb Noble to offer their product in his ice cream shop in Kankakee, Illinois. On the very first day of selling this product, Noble served out over 1,600 portions of the new dessert within hours.
This prompted Noble and McCullough to open the first Dairy Queen store in Joliet, Illinois in 1940. Back in the 1940s, the company already used the franchise system and expanded from just 10 stores in 1941 to over a hundred shops in 1947. By 1955, there were more than 2,600 Dairy Queen stores.
At the present time, there are 4,455 Dairy Queen locations in the U.S. and 6,800 restaurants worldwide. Actually, one may find DQ restaurants in a few dozen countries. At the present time, the company is owned by Berkshire Hathaway and is headquartered in Edina, Minnesota.

We just had chili dogs from our D.Q. There was no mustard, relish, onions. We were very disappointed. When we get Blizzards, more than half of the time, they don’t have the correct ingredients. I know that workers are hard to find right now, and I allow for that. If a sheet of paper with listed ingredients was in plain sight new people could easily fill the orders. And probably faster. Thank you.
